The Mind Lab · Guided self-inquiry tool
Become an investigatorof your own mind.
Knowing what happened is a starting point — but it rarely explains how an experience keeps shaping you. The Mind Lab teaches you to ask deeper, evidence-informed questions. The goal isn't to relive painful moments; it's to understand the patterns they may have quietly shaped — with curiosity over judgment, and evidence over assumption.
The first two levels are free. The full seven-level method unlocks with the course.
The 7 Levels of Inquiry
The Event
Separate what actually happened from what your mind filled in.
Free- —What happened?
- —What do I know as observable fact?
- —What am I assuming or filling in?
Meaning
Explore how the experience may have influenced what you believe — without assuming it always does.
Free- —What meaning did my mind assign to this experience?
- —What did I begin to believe about myself?
- —What did I begin to believe about other people?
- —What did I begin to believe about the world?
Protection
Trade “Why do I do this?” for a question that invites curiosity, not self-judgment: “What is my mind trying to protect me from?”

“What is this experience teaching my mind to expect?”
