A veteran-ownedteaming partner.

Evidence-informed behavioral-health education, program management, and coordination for behavioral health, family support, and veteran services contracts.

Capability Overview

Officium Mentale LLC delivers an evidence-informed behavioral-health education and resilience curriculum, and provides program management, coordination, and support services for behavioral health, family support, and veteran services contracts. We are not a clinical service provider — we educate, manage programs, coordinate licensed clinical partners, and handle the reporting and logistics that keep contracts running smoothly.

1

Notice · Core Question

Start with what is happening. Separate the experience from the story your mind may have added.

2

Explore · Deeper Question

Go beneath the first answer. Examine assumptions, emotions, patterns, protective responses, needs, values, and meanings.

3

Connect · Therapeutic Bridge

Turn what you discover into an informed question you can explore with your psychologist, therapist, counselor, or other qualified provider.

Scope of deliverables

What a contracted program actually includes.

Every engagement is written to your statement of work; these are the components it is built from. Past performance: new entity (founded December 2025) — none to cite yet, and we will not imply otherwise.

  • Cohort course access

Professor Mentale licenses for a defined group — 20 narrated lessons, reflection journal, Mind Lab — with a shared progress view for your coordinator.

  • Population adaptation

Scenarios, exercises and facilitator guidance adapted to veterans, families, youth, corrections or first responders; the Notice · Explore · Connect method stays intact.

  • Facilitated sessions or facilitator training

A multi-session series led by our facilitator, or train-the-facilitator sessions so your staff lead it with fidelity.

  • Printed and digital materials

Participant workbooks, Provider Conversation Sheets, and session guides, branded to your program where required.

  • Participation and outcome reporting

Completion, certificate and engagement reporting sized to your funder's, board's or contracting officer's requirements.

  • Non-clinical boundary, documented

Scope statements, crisis-referral language (988, press 1) and hand-off protocols written to sit alongside your licensed providers — we teach, we don't treat.

What Sets Us Apart

Veteran-Owned & Operated

Founded by a 100% disabled retired veteran. VOSB (SBA-certified) with SDVOSB in process — bringing lived credibility to every engagement.

Program Management, Not Clinical Delivery

We own the coordination, logistics, and reporting that keep contracts on-track — and coordinate independently licensed clinical partners for delivery.

Behavioral Health Focus
