About Us
Built to closethe gap.
Officium Mentale LLC provides structured behavioral-health education and non-clinical program coordination — built on lived experience, in partnership with licensed providers.

Our Story
Officium Mentale LLC was founded in December 2025 by Christopher Milton, a 100% disabled retired veteran in recovery from TBI and PTSD. After his own experience navigating behavioral health systems as a veteran, Christopher saw firsthand how families get lost in the space between needing help and finding it.
We are not a clinical practice. We don't diagnose or treat. What we do is teach and coordinate — a structured behavioral-health inquiry curriculum that helps people examine their own thinking and bring informed questions to qualified providers, and program management that connects veterans, families, schools, and communities with the licensed clinicians, programs, and resources that can actually help.
Our Founder
Christopher retired from the military with a high school diploma and a service-connected disability, in recovery from PTSD and a traumatic brain injury (TBI). From there, he went on to earn a Bachelor's in Business, a Master's in Business, and a Master's in Psychology — and is now pursuing a PhD in Clinical Educational Psychology. His background spans family advocacy, foster care support, and community-based behavioral health work. That journey — from where he started to where he is today — is the lived proof behind everything Officium Mentale builds.
Our Values
Lived experience matters.
We don't just study the systems veterans and families navigate — we've navigated them ourselves.
Coordination over complexity.
Families and organizations need fewer dead ends, not more paperwork.
Partnership over gatekeeping.
We work alongside licensed clinicians, schools, and community organizations — not around them.
Certifications
Credentials that open doors.
Each active certification links to its public record so a contracting officer or partner can verify it in one click.
