Professor Mentale is the teaching voice of Officium Mentale — a calm, plain-spoken guide through the Officium Mentale Investigation Method. This is a course in guided behavioral-health inquiry: structured questions that help you examine thoughts, emotions, experiences, and behavioral patterns more deeply — and bring better questions into conversations with qualified providers.

Look for the boundary between observable information and interpretation. Do not force yourself to decide which interpretation is correct. First learn to see the difference.
